1. Eligibility for Returns:

- You may initiate a return within 21 days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Personalized or customized items.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

- Undergarments, socks, and accessories (hats, belts, gloves) for hygiene reasons.

 

3. Return Process:

- To initiate a return email support@longislandgolfco.com.

- Provide order details and reason for return.

- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

 

4. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

5. Refund Process:

- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

- Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping charges.

 

6. Exchanges:

- While we cannot provide a definite exchange guarantee due to inventory constraints, please reach out to us via email, and if possible, we will gladly facilitate an exchange for you. 

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

- We may request photos to assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
